Where is your practice located?

My practice is entirely virtual, through the use of video-conferencing. This way, I am able to serve everyone who needs my help- without geographical limitations.

I would like to book a consult. What technology will I need?

I use Zoom videoconferencing for all distance consults. This is a free downloadable app available on computers and smartphones. Click here to download Zoom for client meetings.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept most major credit cards as well as e-transfer payments.

Are your services or lab tests covered by Insurance?

I am an intentionally non-medical practice, taking comprehensive action to find out precisely why you feel ill. This is quite different than medical care, which seeks to only diagnose and medicate symptoms. For this reason, few Insurance providers will cover my services. I suggest that you call your provider prior to your consult to ask about Nutritionist coverage as I do not direct bill. Your receipt for service will include my registration number to submit to your Insurance company.

How often will I need to follow-up with you?

Follow-up schedules are unique to each client, taking place anywhere from every 2-6 weeks. It is my goal to work myself out of a job, empowering you to take charge of your own health and become your own health expert.
